Having started life in children’s magazines, I became a freelance author in 2011. Since then, I have been lucky enough to write and edit some fantastic titles for a variety of publishers.
As well as working on licensed titles for Barbie, Tik Tok, BBC, Disney and Chelsea FC, I have also created a variety of activity and puzzle books for both adults and children. My most notable fiction work has been in adapting literary classics for young readers, published by Sweet Cherry publishing. A task that led me to adapt Jane Austen, Mark Twain and even Leo Tolstoy’s War & Peace into 8000 word chapter books for MG readers.
Alongside this, I also publish a quarterly independent magazine for the Harborough district, called MaHa Magazine.
